Sheetal Sharma

Sheetal Sharma is the Head of Innovations at Rize, specializing in sustainable agriculture and carbon projects with over 20 years of experience in South and Southeast Asia. In their role at Rize, Sheetal leads the design and implementation of carbon-linked agricultural strategies while focusing on methane reduction and regenerative practices. Previously, they were a scientist at the International Rice Research Institute, where they drove innovative soil management practices and collaborated with public and private sector partners. Sheetal holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Soil Science from HP Agricultural University.
