Catherine Grafil

Catherine Grafil is an experienced HCM Consultant with a focus on payroll and management services. Currently, Catherine has been with Synchrony Global since July 2016, performing AMS support and user acceptance testing for payroll systems. Concurrently, Catherine holds positions at Rizing and Rizing HCM, contributing as a Managed Services and HCM Consultant. Prior roles include Payroll Team Leader for Talent2 HRBPO, overseeing a team of payroll consultants, and similar leadership roles at Northgate Arinso. Catherine's expertise includes comprehensive payroll processing, system implementation, and user acceptance testing, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Paul University, Quezon City.
