Donna Hahn

Donna Hahn, P.hD, currently serves as the Director and OCM Practice Leader at Rizing, while also holding the position of Senior Consulting Manager at Rizing Consumer Industries. With extensive experience in organizational change management, communications, and training, Donna founded Gahl Consulting, LLC, specializing in alternative workplace strategies. Previous roles include various leadership positions at Clarkston Consulting and Nokia, where responsibilities encompassed managing stakeholder engagement, training strategy for large-scale implementations, and facilitating organizational transitions. Donna is pursuing a PhD in Leadership at Dallas Baptist University, aiming to enhance leadership effectiveness for organizations.
