RJ Dining Collection is a premium hospitality platform designed around concepts that matter—restaurants that people enjoy every day while celebrating the occasions that define them.

Our flagship, GIRAFFE, launches in the Greater Scottsdale / Paradise Valley Corridor as a contemporary French art de vivre. Artisan bakery by morning, neighborhood bistro by evening, with wine culture and all-day dining architecture woven through. Modern, refined, unpretentious—built to become both a daily-use brand and the first proof point of a larger collection.

We’re founded on the belief that great hospitality is repeatable, unit-economic, and chef-driven. GIRAFFE is the beginning.
