Roger Steers has been with RJC Engineers since May 1994, first as a Restoration/Design Engineer and currently holds the position of Executive Principal and Managing Principal. Prior to joining RJC Engineers, Roger worked at Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. from 1988 to 1993. Roger holds a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Alberta.
