RJC Partners is a design leadership consultancy founded by Bob Calvano, a product design executive with 20+ years building and scaling design organizations across streaming, entertainment, digital media, and pharma. Most recently VP of Product Design at Paramount where his team shipped product experiences to 80M+ monthly active users across 35+ global markets. Bob has led design through rapid growth, organizational convergence, and structural transformation at companies including A+E Global Media, R/GA, Oxygen Media, and Merck.

RJC Partners operates at the intersection of design craft and business strategy, offering three integrated services: design consulting, brand and design services, and fractional design leadership.

Fractional Design Leadership is the firm's core offering, delivering executive-level design direction for teams and organizations that need structure, momentum, and strategic clarity without a full-time hire. Engagements are embedded and outcome-driven: setting product design strategy and roadmaps, aligning design decisions to business goals, building and mentoring design teams, refining process end to end, and partnering directly with founders, product leaders, and engineering teams to give design the traction it needs. Every engagement is structured around outcomes for users, and for the business.

RJC Partners is the right fit for product teams between design hires, startups building toward product-market fit, companies scaling a design function, and engineering-led organizations adding design maturity.
