Ryan Ritchie

Ryan Ritchie, MPA, currently serves as the Vice President of Government Relations at RJL Solutions, a position held since February 2021, after previously holding the title of Director of Government Relations. Ritchie has experience in legislative roles, having worked as a Legislative Assistant for the State of Indiana and as a Jr. Legislative Assistant for the U.S. House of Representatives. Additional experience includes an internship at The White House in the Office of Presidential Correspondence and a role as Campus Coordinator for Luke Messer's U.S. Senate campaign. Ritchie's earlier professional journey includes various positions within the Muncie Family YMCA, including Manager, as well as work as a Congressional Intern for Representative Trey Hollingsworth and a Library Assistant at Ball State University. Ritchie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Economics from Ball State University and a Master of Public Affairs in Public Management from Indiana University Bloomington, complemented by participation in the Indiana Leadership Forum.
