Formed in New York in June of 2017, RJP Packaging has become a full-service distributor. Prior to starting RJP, Ryan Powers was an Investment Associate at JP Morgan for 5 years in New York City while John Powers was the President & COO for AEP Industries (acquired by Berry Global in January 2017) for 29 years. 

In November of 2017, RJP acquired the Packaging Supply Division of Admiral Packaging based in Providence, Rhode Island. Admiral’s Packaging Supply Division has roots back to 1898 when it was known as the Union Paper Company. RJP continues the 119-year tradition of delivering the highest value of products and services to our customers. 

To best service our customers as well as allow for growth and future expansion, RJP purchased a 50,000 square foot warehouse in Pawtucket, RI. Our new headquarters located at 1 Campbell Street in Pawtucket, RI where we also have a wholesale retail store open to the public from 8am until 5pm, Monday to Friday.

On August 7th, 2018, RJP acquired Aggressive Packaging, Inc. based in Lincoln, Rhode Island. With over 23 years of industry experience, Aggressive Packaging shares the same core values as RJP Packaging and we look forward to the servicing these new customers with the same reputation.
