Welcome to RK Empathy

RK Empathy Inc is the parent company behind two interconnected ventures: The Empathy Storyteller's Salon and Disruptive Empathy Advisory.

We believe that experiences worth building start with how you make people feel. Through immersive community experiences and strategic organizational work, we're activating the Relationship Economy—proving that relationships are the true infrastructure for meaningful change.

Our Ecosystem
The Empathy Storyteller's Salon is an underground social experience for changemakers transforming our world. It's a sanctuary for those who understand that deep relationships are the foundation for systemic impact.

Disruptive Empathy Advisory helps mission-driven organizations and leaders cultivate deeper connections with their communities through the transformative power of empathy and accountability.
