Shubham Chavan began their work experience in 2015 at Laing O'Rourke as a Planning Engineer, specializing in the Clarges Estate project in London. In 2017, they joined RKC Group as an Operations Manager and later transitioned to the role of Head of Engineering and Construction in February 2020.
Shubham Chavan completed their Executive Education in the FLP (Future Leadership Program) at the Indian School of Business in 2022. Before that, from 2013 to 2017, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management at Nottingham Trent University. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they studied Science at Savitribai Phule Pune University.
