Prior experience includes working as Regional Account Manager, SME at Trustwave and as Carrier Sales Representative at Echo Global Logistics. Steven also gained valuable skills through internships at Entertainment Cruises Inc. as Sales Team Lead Intern and Sales and Customer Service Intern, as well as a Marketing and Development Intern position at Marcfirst. Educationally, Steven holds a Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Marketing and Communication and a degree in Marketing from Illinois State University, completing studies in May 2014.
