Sam Van is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in capital markets, having successfully listed more than seventy companies on the NYSE and Nasdaq, collectively valued at $7 billion. Currently, Sam serves as the Chief Executive Officer at J-Star Holding Co. Ltd., and holds multiple advisory positions, including Senior Board Advisor at RKtech and Managing Partner at SRO Partners. Previously, Sam worked at FINRA and the NYSE, where they played vital roles in international listings and compliance. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. John's University and an MBA from Cornell University. Additionally, they are the honorary chairman for VietChallenge, supporting entrepreneurs in Vietnam.
