John Joyce

John Joyce is a seasoned professional with over 36 years of experience in the electrical utility sector. Currently serving as the Manager of the Project Management Office at RLC Engineering, Joyce has previously held significant roles such as Vice President of Project Controls and Construction Management at TRC Companies, Inc., where they formed a Project Controls group and led nationwide teams for construction projects. Joyce began their career as an engineer at Central Maine Power Company, contributing to the design and construction of substations. They hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Technology from the University of Southern Maine.
