Chip Welch

Chip Welch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and IT consulting. Currently serving as a Project Manager at R+L Carriers since September 2022, Chip previously held the role of IT Project Manager at Paychex, where significant projects included enhancing an Applicant Tracking System, improving client onboarding processes, and upgrading security measures. Prior to this, Chip founded CW Enterprises, providing IT consulting to local businesses, and served as an instructor at the University of Northwestern Ohio, teaching various business and management courses. Chip's earlier experience includes project management roles at Do it Best Corp. and State Farm Insurance, along with academic credentials that encompass a PhD in Global Leadership and multiple degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science.
