Eric Bauer

Eric Bauer has extensive experience in business intelligence and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Business Intelligence and System Design at R+L Carriers since July 2020. Prior to this role, Eric was the President of iGlobal LLC from January 2010 to July 2020, where leadership focused on achieving year-over-year growth and financial performance. Eric's experience also includes serving as VP of Business Development at Baldwin-Gonyer & Associates Inc. and a business consultant before taking on the role of acting President. Additionally, Eric spent 20 years at Con-way, where promotion occurred ten times, culminating in the position of Director of Business Planning. Educational qualifications include a certificate from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Executive Education, as well as studies at the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
