Eric Beaver has extensive experience in the mortgage and transportation industries. At Stearns Lending, Eric served as a Mortgage Loan Closer, utilizing tools such as Encompass and Lien Solutions, and managing loan document reviews and communications between parties involved in loan closings. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Loan Closer at Citi, where Eric focused on due diligence and loan document examinations. Transitioning to the delivery sector, Eric has held positions at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., Airgas, and currently at R+L Carriers as a CDL A City P&D Drivers/Freight Handler, emphasizing safe transportation and customer relations. Eric is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Small Business Administration/Management at Dallas College, following a solid educational foundation with a High School Diploma from Lakeview Centennial High School.
