Greg Neylon

Greg Neylon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, operations, and quality control within the transportation industry. Since July 2010, Neylon has served as a Regional Recruiter at R&L Carriers, focusing on dock operations, safety, and human resources. Prior to this role, Neylon worked at YRC North American Transportation as a Chemical Transportation Administrator from September 1993 to April 2009, achieving a 40% reduction in chemical waste and managing a high-volume help line. Earlier experience includes a position as a Dispatcher at Yellow Freight System, where Neylon developed a PC scheduling system that drastically reduced missed appointments, and as a Quality Control Coordinator, training around 200 employees for a new facility. Neylon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Rockhurst University and a diploma from Puis X High School.
