Jeffrey Wade

Jeffrey Wade has served as General Counsel at R+L Carriers since September 1998, specializing in corporate and real estate matters, intellectual property management, and contract negotiation. Responsibilities include overseeing corporate entity formation, managing litigation and claims related to various complex legal issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance with federal motor carrier safety regulations. Prior experience includes practicing as an attorney at Cors & Bassett from 1994 to 1998, focusing on litigation, worker's compensation, labor and employment, and environmental law. Jeffrey holds a J.D. from Northern Kentucky University's Salmon P. Chase College of Law and a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, Transportation, and Logistics from The Ohio State University.
