Tracy Tinsley

Tracy Tinsley is an accomplished logistics and transportation professional with extensive experience in managing operations within the military and the private sector. Currently serving as a W&R Coordinator at R+L Carriers since May 2021, Tracy previously held a position as Route Supervisor at Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., overseeing 135 drivers and ensuring timely deliveries that saved the company significant late fees. With a notable career in the United States Air Force spanning from 1994 to 2018, Tracy excelled in various leadership roles, including Superintendent of Air Freight and Superintendent of Passenger Service, where management of complex operations and substantial budgets led to numerous awards and recognitions. Tracy's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Transportation/Mobility Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
