Urvish Soni is an experienced professional currently serving as the Enterprise BPA Manager at R+L Carriers since January 2016, where responsibilities include empowering Business Process Analysts to enhance and transform business processes. Prior roles at R+L Carriers include Lead Business Process Engineer and Business Process Engineer. Urvish's earlier experience includes positions as a Graduate Assistant in Information Systems and Supply Chain Management and a Business Analyst Intern at Wright State University, as well as a Process Engineer at Value Added Packaging, Inc. and various biomedical engineering roles. Urvish holds an MBA in Project Management and an MS in Industrial and Human Factors Engineering from Wright State University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Gujarat University.
