In 2000 she started her company RLComputing to help companies grow their business with technology. She has a passion for working with non-profits and start-up companies where she can help them get started easier by using technology. Her passion for this industry came from her grandfather. He got one of the first "personal computers" at home. He would always show her what he coded when she was over. Little did he know he was coding something very similar to the Windows operating system!

She is the co-founder and past President of a 501c3 non-profit called Ed Tech of WNY. The organization obtains, rebuilds, and installs computers in schools, non-profits, and community centers in underserved populations. She also has been involved in the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation WNY Chapter, sat on the board of directors of NAWBO, and is a past president of the Buffalo Niagara Chapter of NYS Women Inc. She was the President of NYS Women Inc, at the State level from 2015-2016.
