As a Chartered Architectural Practice with the CIAT and with a Chartership with the CIOB within RLH, we have all the relevant ‘tools’ and experience to deliver your project  from initial Concept and Land Appraisal, through Welsh Government Technical Scrutiny and Pre Application Consultation (Affordable Housing) Planning, Technical Design, Construction and Handover.

With our focus firmly on housing development, we are able to concentrate all our expertise in one direction, working with our clients towards achieving their aspirations.
