Jill Johnson

Jill Johnson is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in personal lines at RLI Insurance Company since 1993, currently serving as Vice President of Personal Lines and overseeing the Personal Lines Transactional team. In this role, Jill is responsible for the profitable growth of Personal Umbrella, In-Home Business, and Hawaii Homeowners product lines. Previously, Jill served as Vice President of Branch Operations, managing general operational and underwriting support functions in branch offices, as well as home office teams including Rate and Form filing and Producer Compliance. Prior experience includes working at CIGNA Group Insurance from 1983 to 1991 as a personal lines underwriter and call center supervisor. Jill holds an MBA from Bradley University and a BA in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University.
