Jon Thomas

Jon Thomas is an experienced professional in UX design and digital strategy, currently serving as the Manager of UX Design & Digital Strategy at RLI Insurance Company since May 2021. Previous roles include Director of Digital Solutions & Enterprise UX at BUNN, where Jon led the establishment of a digital team focused on customer-facing initiatives, and Enterprise UX Strategy & Digital Design Lead, overseeing the design of a new e-commerce platform. Jon also founded AnalyticL Inc., providing UX strategy to businesses, and co-founded Lotfit Inc., developing automotive logistics software. Early career experiences include roles at Clearfire, H. D. Smith, BIG LUX Design, and additional positions in web and graphic design. Jon holds an Associate degree in Computer Networking from Robert Morris University - Illinois.
