Mike Dudek

Mike Dudek is currently the Claim Director - Surety at RLI Insurance Company, where they manage a diverse group of surety bond claims and provide legal support to underwriters. Previously, they held positions as Senior Claims Counsel at CNA Surety, Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of T. Scott Leo, and Intermodal Transportation Dispatcher at Clipper Exxpress. Mike began their legal career as a Judicial Clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and earned a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from The John Marshall Law School. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at Illinois State University.
