Nikki Gallagher currently serves as the Director of Claim Counsel at RLI Insurance Company, a position held since August 2019. Prior experience includes serving as an Insurance Coverage Attorney at BatesCarey LLP from August 2016 to August 2019, where expertise was concentrated on coverage and litigation counsel for various first-party property insurance matters in both state and federal courts. Prior to that role, Nikki practiced at Fisher Kanaris P.C. from September 2009 to August 2016, focusing on insurance coverage litigation and bad faith claims, along with representing insurance companies in workers' compensation lien matters and architects in construction defect cases. Nikki began the legal career with an internship at Beermann Swerdlove LLP in 2006.
