Steven Smith

Steven Smith is a Claim Director specializing in casualty in the Northeast, currently at RLI Insurance Company. With a robust background in law, they have previously served as a Litigation Partner at a boutique maritime, insurance coverage, and construction law firm and held positions as an Associate Attorney and Assistant District Attorney. Throughout their career, Steven has focused on construction litigation, insurance coverage, and general liability defense, handling all aspects of litigation from inception to trial. They earned a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Williams College.
