Scott Mitchell

Scott Mitchell is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Corporate Engineer at RLJ Lodging Trust since September 2023, Scott oversees maintenance for over 35 hotels, focusing on building health and asset preservation. Prior to this, Scott was the Market Director of Engineering at Marriott IndyPlace from June 2020 to August 2023, managing a complex with 2,284 guestrooms across five Marriott brands. Scott held the position of Director of Engineering at JW Marriott Indianapolis from August 2014 to July 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing a major convention center hotel.
