Rosa Lagarrigue has a diverse and extensive work experience in the music industry spanning over several decades. Rosa started their career as a Manager for Miguel Bose in 1980 and later worked in the export department for Hispavox until 1984. From 1984 to 1986, they served as the Manager for Mecano and La Union. In 1986, they became the CEO of RLM, a pioneering company in artist management and contracting. Under their leadership, RLM became a leading player in the music industry in Spain. In 1999, they co-founded Planet Event and served as a Founding Partner until 2008. In 2012, they created Sin Anestesia, a subsidiary label of RLM, to support artists in their musical promotion and development.

Rosa Lagarrigue attended the Liceo Frances de Madrid in 1973, but their degree or field of study is not specified.
