Nicole Leon has over 14 years of experience in various roles within the field of human resources. Most recently, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at RLS, where they were responsible for managing the HR department. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at GE Healthcare, where they oversaw HR functions for the US Nuclear Pharmacies division of RLS USA Inc.
Before their time at RLS and GE Healthcare, Nicole worked as an HR Manager at The Harris Poll, where they played a key role in the rapid growth of the business and supervised one employee. Nicole also has experience as an HR Generalist at Ziff Davis, LLC, where they led various HR initiatives, including the implementation of an online applicant tracking system and a global harassment and ethics training program.
Earlier in their career, Nicole served as a Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at TNS, where they managed employee relations, recruiting, learning and development programs, and performance management. Nicole also designed and delivered a learning and development program for 2,000 employees and managed the onboarding and exit processes for Central Region employees.
Nicole's experience also includes roles as an HR Generalist at CohnReznick LLP, Talent Specialist at Deloitte, and Human Resources Specialist at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Nicole began their career as an Executive Compensation Assistant at Hewitt Associates and interned as an HR Intern at The Millard Group.
Throughout their career, Nicole has demonstrated a strong ability to manage HR processes, handle employee relations issues, and implement HR initiatives successfully.
Nicole Leon attended Bradley University from 2002 to 2006. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Work during their time there.
