Daniel Black

Daniel Black is a highly experienced legal professional focusing on wills and estates. Currently serving as Principal Lawyer at RLW since January 2023 and as a Nationally Accredited Mediator for Vic Mediation Pty Ltd, Daniel specializes in mediating wills and estates disputes, particularly in Part IV claims within the Victorian courts. Daniel's career includes significant roles such as Principal Lawyer and Senior Associate at Aitken Partners from May 2020 to November 2022, and various senior positions at Coulter Roache while leading the Wills, Estates, and Succession Planning department. Daniel also held the role of President at the Bannockburn Chamber of Commerce from August 2017 to December 2020.
