Kim Rice

Kim Rice is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. As a Partner at R&M Consulting since January 2007, Kim emphasizes client retention. Kim serves as President of the Chicago Finance Exchange, a position held since 2022, previously serving as President Elect and on the Board of Directors since 2016. Additionally, Kim holds the position of Secretary on the Board of Directors at the University Club of Chicago and is a member of the Advisory Board for First Women's Bank. Kim has actively contributed to various organizations, including serving as Audit Committee Chair for the CPA Endowment Fund of Illinois and as Chairperson of the Women's Executive Committee at the Illinois CPA Society. Kim’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DePaul University. Kim is also a certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE).
