Andy Taylor is an experienced PMO professional with a strong background in leading transformation programs and governance frameworks across various industries. Currently serving as PMO Lead for Group IS & Assessment BU's at RM plc since January 2024, Andy previously held the role of PMO Lead for the Tech Simplification & Modernisation Programme at Mobile Broadband Network Ltd (MBNL), where accountability included risk management and enabling a multi-national team to deliver a technical transformation initiative. With a robust history at RM plc leading group-wide transformation efforts and at myenergi, Drax Group, and E.ON, Andy has consistently focused on aligning strategic goals with operational effectiveness, demonstrating expertise in change management, financial processes, and fostering industry best practices.
