Mel Shellam

Mel Shellam is currently a Senior Software Engineer at RM plc, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they worked as a Lead Software Engineer at MindLink, where they delivered mission-ready, ultra-secure collaboration solutions. Mel's earlier experience includes positions at Dyson as a Cloud Technical Lead and Senior Consumer Solutions Developer, as well as a Senior Applications Developer at Brightside Group. They also held a Senior Software Developer position at HealthHero and a Senior Developer role at SCISYS PLC. Mel earned a BSc(Hons) in Information Technology and Computing from The Open University in 2006.
