Since our inception in 1973, R&M has delivered effective equipment solutions at competitive prices and reliable service by factory-trained personnel.
As your local ROOTS Authorized Distributor and Repair Center, we provide expert blower service, genuine replacement parts, field repairs, and complete system support for leading industrial blower manufacturers.

R&M is a Master Distributor for Muncie Power Products for the mobile trucking industry. Our inventory includes PTOs, hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, reservoirs, wet line systems, and complete hydraulic solutions, enabling same-day shipment of many configurations. A major focus of this division is custom hydraulic systems, engineered and built for specific mobile and industrial applications where reliability, performance, and long-term durability in the field are critical.

We are authorized distributors of Paragon Blower Systems, the modern replacement for the former MD/Tuthill line. Paragon products deliver reliable performance for vacuum and blower applications, mobile hydraulic pumps, and PTOs. We also offer remanufactured units for cost-effective solutions.

In partnership with Applied Acoustical Group, R&M provides noise control systems, sound enclosures, and air filtration systems that improve environments and reduce contaminants.

We maintain extensive parts inventory and provide factory-trained service for installation and support of blowers, pumps, compressors, hydraulic systems, PTOs, drivelines, filters, and silencers.

Our in-house design team builds and ships blower packages, hydraulic systems, PTO and pump packages, wet line systems, noise control equipment, sound enclosures, and air filtration solutions tailored to customer needs.
