William Anson is the President of Anson Properties, LTD and the Managing Director of the Industrial Division at RM Friedland, where they bring extensive experience working with both international and domestic Fortune 500 companies as well as local family-owned businesses. With a strong belief that real estate is not a one-time occurrence, William has successfully completed over thirty million square feet of transactions, ranging from large industrial deals to small retail spaces. They possess a diverse skill set, including property acquisition and disposition, lease negotiation, and financial analysis. William is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Pace University.
