Brad Hom

Brad Hom has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Brad began their career in 2001 as a Sales Manager at Clark Pest Control and later worked as a Tax Staff in International Consulting at EY. In 2006, they joined RM Mechanical, Inc. as a Chief Financial Officer and also worked as a Tax Accountant at Wisen, Smith, Racker, and Prescott LLP. From 2012 to 2015, they served as the President of CFMA, Idaho Chapter. In 2017, Brad became a Board Trustee at Idaho Pipe Trades Trust, and in 2018, they became the Risk Control Committee Chairperson at Navigator Casualty, LTD - Captive Resources LLC. Through their diverse experiences, Brad has gained valuable skills in finance, taxation, management, and leadership.

Brad Hom has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. Brad also obtained a MACC (Master of Accountancy) degree with a specialization in Tax from the same university. In addition to their education, Brad has earned certifications as a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) from the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI), as well as a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional. Brad is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant, both of which were obtained through the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants).
