Over the past decade, RM Medics has established itself as a trusted workforce partner to the NHS and private healthcare providers across the UK, delivering both high quality staffing solutions and fully managed clinical insourcing services.

We specialise in supporting Trusts under pressure, rapidly deploying experienced clinical teams to increase capacity, reduce waiting lists and deliver measurable improvements in patient outcomes. Our insourcing model is designed to integrate seamlessly with existing hospital operations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.

Our teams consistently deliver high volume clinical activity across key specialties, helping clients achieve significant reductions in backlogs, improved RTT performance and enhanced service delivery within tight timeframes.

Alongside this, we provide a responsive 24/7 staffing service, ensuring clients and candidates receive a consistent, high-quality experience at all times.

What sets RM Medics apart is our ability to combine speed, quality and compliance. Our dedicated consultants build long term relationships with both clients and clinicians, enabling us to deliver tailored workforce solutions that align directly with service demand.
