Wayne Cochran

Wayne Cochran is the Chief Executive Officer at RM2 International, where they lead corporate growth strategy, drive the launch of the GEN5 pallet design, and oversee an expanded customer service network across 20+ North American facilities. They served as Chief Operating Officer at RM2 from 2023 to 2025, prepared the company for the CEO transition and future scaling, and partnered on a $150 million strategic growth financing. Prior to RM2, Cochran held leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer at Badger Technologies (2016-2018) and President of Pono Kokua LLC (2020-2023), where they advised private equity on acquisitions, led due diligence and integration strategies, and delivered operational improvements and revenue growth. They earned an MBA in Operations Management from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business (1992–1994) and a BSEE in Electronics, RF, and Power Distribution from Missouri University of Science and Technology (1981–1984).
