Jack Madew is a Sustainability Engineer with extensive experience in energy efficiency and sustainable design within the construction industry. Currently employed at RMF Engineering, Inc. since May 2025, Jack specializes in delivering energy efficiency measures and conducting energy models using IESVE. Previous roles include serving as a Mechanical Design Tutor at the University of Sydney and interning as an Engineer at Sydney Maritime Museum Ltd. Jack has also held positions as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer and Sustainability Engineer at ADP Consulting, where expertise in building physics modeling and ventilation simulations were developed. Additionally, experience was gained at E-LAB Consulting in thermal simulation and conventional sustainability services. Jack holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with Honours from the University of Sydney.
