Matthew E. Rassa

Matthew joined RMF in 2008 coming from the Executive Office of the President. He brought with him a solid background in mission critical systems and processes, and a strong knowledge of cyber security. He began his career at RMF in a dual role as a help desk technician and a system administrator then, moved up the ranks to include the additional role of network engineer. Now, he serves as one of the company’s two IT Directors.

As IT Director, Matthew is responsible for managing the IT Team, which oversees all the computer, software, and network infrastructure resources at RMF. He is dedicated to maintaining a robust IT environment that keeps the firm’s systems and staff secure, productive, and agile while always engaged in investigating and implementing the best of the latest technology to maintain RMF’s advantage in the market. Matthew is proud of the high level of service his team provides to the firm and RMF’s clients.

Matthew earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and is a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Microsoft Certified System Administrator.
