Justin Tomac

Justin Tomac is an experienced program manager currently at RMF Companies, specializing in the design, manufacturing, and installation of Single Retention Time Tri-Tray Freezers within Dairy & Food Facilities since January 2021. Previously, Justin served as Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of MOW Equipment Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities included financial and business development alongside supply chain management. Additional roles include program management at RMF Steel, plant management at Milbank | Energy at Work, and various leadership positions at Hallmark Cards, focusing on engineering, maintenance, safety, and quality, along with Lean production strategies. Justin's expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies was further developed through roles at UnitedHealth Group and GE Healthcare. Justin holds a Master’s in Engineering Management from Wichita State University and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from South Dakota Mines.
