Having worked in San Francisco and throughout the Bay Area,   Philip specialized in the marketing and sale of hotels, office, retail, and multi-family properties.

Additionally Philip has over ten years experience as a General Certified Commercial Appraiser in the Western Pacific and Far East, primarily in the fields of commercial valuation and litigation.
