Kirk Mitchell

Kirk Mitchell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of location-based services and technology. Currently serving as the Head of APAC Partnerships for Google Maps, Local Search, and Google Earth since September 2021, Kirk also holds positions as an Adjunct Professor and Guest Lecturer at RMIT University. Prior to Google, Kirk's notable roles include Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Americas at HERE Technologies, and co-founder and Chairman of Tenzeng. Kirk's career spans various leadership positions at prominent companies including Webraska Mobile Technologies, Sensis, Tele Atlas, Telstra Corporation, and The De Beers Group of Companies. Academic credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in Land Data Management and a Bachelor's degree in Cartography from RMIT University.
