Ching Ching Goh has over 15 years of experience in project and delivery management, with a significant focus on innovation and data analytics. At CIMB, Ching Ching served as the Execution Lead for InnovationLab, strategizing project management for high-risk innovation projects and sourcing beneficial technologies. Subsequently, Ching Ching held various leadership roles, including Director of Data & Analytics and Platform Delivery, and Lead of Data Science Industrialisation, managing diverse technology projects and advancing data science initiatives. Currently, as the Head of Operations and Strategy at RMJ Consulting, Ching Ching manages company operations and has successfully established a new business line in the Training & Coaching sector. Ching Ching's early career included roles as a System Analyst at Optegra and Project Manager at Quad Consulting, focusing on business intelligence solutions. Ching Ching holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology with First Class Honours from London Metropolitan University, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with Distinction (Honours) from Wawasan Open University, and a Master's in Counseling Psychology from HELP University.
