Our Journey
Founded in Istanbul, in 1978, our shipyard specializes in constructing boats from steel, aluminum, and composite materials. In 1997, we joined the Koç Group of Companies and rebranded as RMK Marine. Located in Tuzla, we excel in building, repairing, and maintaining commercial, naval vessels, and super yachts. We achieved “Industrial Quality Assurance” compliance, meeting the requirements for AQAP 2110 and ISO 9001 certification. Remarkably, RMK Marine is the sole private shipyard to attain AQAP 2110 status.
