Agne Aija

Agne Aija is an experienced leader passionate about mentorship and organizational development. With a background in Telecommunications, Finance/Insurance, and IT, Aija has held prominent roles, including Director of Central Operations at RMK and Head of HR and Communication at the Estonian Ministry of the Interior. Aija's skills encompass business strategy, change management, and coaching, enabling executive teams to drive innovation and strategic change. Aija holds a Master’s degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Tallinn University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Akadeemia Nord. Currently, Aija continues to foster relationships and build strong teams while advocating for the effective use of technology in achieving organizational goals.
