Mikk Marran

Mikk Marran is the Chief Executive Officer at RMK, having previously served as Director General at Välisluureamet / Estonian Foreign Intelligence Service and as Permanent Undersecretary at Kaitseministeerium / Ministry of Defence of Estonia. Marran holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Tallinn University and has also completed programs at Harvard Kennedy School, National Defense University, College of Europe, and Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem.
