Mark Way

Mark Way is the Chief Technical Officer at RML Group, where they oversee engineering processes and manage a team of around 50 engineers and technicians. With a background in mechanical engineering from the University of Warwick, Mark gained hands-on experience as a Graduate Engineer at JaguarSport Ltd, contributing to the Jaguar XJ220 project. They later served as a Design Engineer at TWR Racing and were instrumental in the development of the Volvo S40 touring car. Mark's extensive experience spans various roles in motorsport and automotive engineering, including positions as a Design Manager and Managing Director. Currently, they are also involved in senior management, setting long-term objectives and representing the organization in FIA committees.
