Tracy Wallace

Tracy Wallace is an experienced professional in content development and technology training with a focus on Microsoft platforms. Currently serving as the Director of Content Development and Director of Cloud at INE since June 2022, Tracy previously held roles including Challenge Labs Architect at Skillable and Learn on Demand Systems, as well as Director of Content - Microsoft at INE where responsibilities included defining the roadmap for Microsoft training. Tracy's extensive background includes training roles at Global Knowledge, ownership of Striker Technologies Inc., and co-ownership at West Colebrooke Inc., providing software consulting and training. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
